Just a few renovations left, but WOW! Very fresh style. Rooms have a lot more room with the new furniture. Very open feel. Staff is awesome! Internet needs work, but I think that is because they have At&t. Parking was also an issue, but that is not the fault of the hotel, it's the fault of the ablebodies dirtbags that like to park in handicapped, without handicapped tags or plates. However, parking is very well lit. This hotel is very veteran friendly. Breakfast was great, prices, were great. Such a great find overall.
I stayed here Nov 5 thru 9 each day was a disaster. Day 1...seemed ok checked in, unpacked, went to bed, next day went to work and returned.
First stay at this property and overall I was pleased with the experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, updated furniture and fixtures. Nice pool and patio area.
So why not Chandra hotel's....i can't find one to move to. This week and weekend there is an event at one of the plantations and rooms are scarce., otherwise I would not have stayed one more minute
Moral of story...not a good place to stay. I need to be here in Thomasville 4 more times from Nov to Jan. This place is not where I will stay. Ever again.

Day 3 return to same any infested room only to find I can't get into room. Room key looks like it is working. But door won't open. I go down wait for 3 others to get rooms and then attendant can help me. We go up stairs to try my room key....yes it does not work for her either. Ater multiple tries by myself and desk clerk and phone call to manager about the issue, door finally opens. It seems the lock is broken and I still have ants.
Day 2 .... woke up went to work, returned to find Ants in bed and all over bedside table. Asked for new room...desk clerk did not know how to search for room to move me to. She had to call manager for help. 45 mins later I have new room. I have to repack and then unpack again. New room better till lights go out. I'm up 2am for bathroom and turn light on and what do I see ants. Oh yeah. Earlier I call down for wakeup call 630am. Desk clerk repeats time and room number all correct, but no wakeup call next day.
Very friendly and accommodating staff; our room was just recently renovated and modern. The hot breakfast was better than most other hotels that offer a breakfast. For the price and the convenient location this hotel is a real gem in Thomasville

Downside was the fitness centre was under repair during my stay. No taxi service though Uber has drivers in the area.
