The next morning my father took a shower and said the water turned cold after "about 13 seconds" and never got warm again. When we returned to the room the following day, we discovered that all the cleaning service had done was make the beds. The sink wasn't cleaned, trash wasn't emptied, the same stained sheets were on the bed, and the towels were still damp and crumpled from where we had left them that morning.

I love the check in lady Heather Folsom she's is awesome and very helpful!

Do not stay here! We looked at the rooms before we checked in, and it's a good thing we did. The rooms were awful with mold growing everywhere. The woman at the desk refused to cancel our reservation even after we showed her pictures of the room. We left and went to Best Western down the street.

Although I can't speak for how the staff was because I'm not the one that checked us in, I don't think any amount of customer service could make up for the quality of the room. We will never be returning to this hotel or any other Econo Lodge. I only hope this review will save some other people from the subpar conditions we had to deal with on our stay.

I checked the reviews prior to booking and was horrified. I was desperate as rooms were scarce due to FSU/MIAMI weekend. Against my better judgement I booked for online for $88 for Oct 6th. I checked in and the receptionist charged me $99 then printed my receipt for $79. I inquired about the $20 difference not reflecting on the receipt she replied it must be tax.

My family and I stayed here recently on weekend trip to visit relatives in Ochlocknee. I can say without a doubt that this is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in, and my family agreed with me. It even became a running joke over the course of the weekend that this is the "worst hotel in Thomasville".

This property is clean and well kept. Breakfast offered daily. The only drawback is that it is near the pound so sleeping in is not an option. Housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient and no request is too small. Budget friendly. Would stay there again.

When we first walked into the room there was a strong musky odor, almost as if this was previously a smoking room. The furniture was beat up (large chips in the dresser, completely scratched up nightstand, cracked lampshade, etc.), the walls and ceilings were stained, as were the bedsheets. Each bed had two pillows but they weren't full size pillows, more like half of a standard pillow. In the bathroom, there was a squashed cockroach next to the toilet. On top of all of this, as we were getting ready for bed, a roach crawled across the wall next to the television. Talk about an uneasy night's sleep.
