I dropped my car off Thursday, October 8th 2015, and was told I could have it back, cleaned and detailed, by 12:00 noon Friday the 9th. I live 30 minutes from town, my brother had to stop in the middle of a job to pick me up and take me to Robinson Car Care so I could pick up my car. They were closed. 2 hours later, I finally got thru to Willie, he said they were up until 5:00 am working. IMO, he was mostly incoherent. I asked my brother to once again leave a paying job and spend an hour helping me out. When I got there, they couldn't find my key. They were yelling at each other about losing an expensive key. I found it on the garage floor between them. It was a nightmare, I feared for my well being and the quality of work was substandard. This is in stark contrast to my experience earlier when I was very happy with their service.
