I went in to get a replacement SS card and arrived at 9 am. The lobby was already full with waiting customers and I thought " great I'm going to be here all day". I literally only waited 20-25 minutes before my number was called. The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and professional and had me completed within 10 minutes. Very quick and easy process.
