I had a horrible expierence. My boyfriend put a comforter in a washer that apparently wasn't supposed to be there, we left, came back the lady said she took out our comforter and that we wouldn't get a refund or be able to dry or come back to rose city laundry. The lady Diane got in my face when I asked her why she was looking through my items. Cops got called and completely agreed with us, said "I think it's pretty ridiculous but it is there store." I will not return to rose city laundry and don't suggest this laundry mate to anyone
