Before they ever got here the call to them was at 11 completely not running ac on a 100 degree day. I called and asked for an eta at 130 women said she'd call back didn't. Because this was my landlords people I tried to be patient and wait well 330 came again she finally told me 1 hour. That's all day I've waited in a hot house afraid I would miss the guy when I could have had my children somewhere cool. Then the man makes it here spends 20 minutes 15 of which on the phone. Says its fixed will be back the next day never comes. Now 4 days later on a Saturday were stuck no ac. Spend your money on a better company.
Great Company and Great people. Called after normal business hours and Cory came right out and got my ac going. He was very courteous and professional and knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Cory for all your help

Paid 10k for a new a.c. unite about 3 or 4 years ago and I've had major problems with it ever since it was installed. Poor craftsmanship on the installation, it looks like a child done the job. I recommend Carter-wilkes or O&H a.c.
