Totally satisfied since Turners resolved an issue we had that with an order we placed. The sales person goofed on our order, which was on a great sale at the time, and even though it surely cost Turners money, they made it right once I circumvented the sales person (who wanted to pretend the goof hadn't happened) & went straight to someone above her.
Tonya Brown is an amazing sales rep. She is very knowledgeable about all products and can answer your questions almost before you ask it. Tonya was super attentive without being pushy. She spent over 4 hours with us over 2 days and never made us feel unwelcome or that we were wasting her time. Anyone looking to purchase home furnishings would be lucky to have her as your sales rep. Thanks for a great experience and we will definitely be going back to her from now on. Even though there is a Turners store 5 miles from my house I will drive an hour and half to purchase from Tonya.
Saltz at Turner's Fine Furniture. She was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She showed me several options and helped me put together a great bedroom! She also helped me make a decision on a dining room table and chairs that is going to be awesome in my home! She was awesome to work with and has kept me updated on my order! I would definitely choose to work with her on any future furniture purchases!
We had a wonderful experience with Turner's Fine Furniture. Vicky was so helpful, and attentive to what we wanted. She took the time to come to our home and measure everything and put it on a computer program so we could see how the furniture would fit. This was most helpful for us. She followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. She even sent us a sweet thank you package with cookies. I look forward to going back in the future.

A very easy sale that went smoothly. I had my eye on a very nice Lazy Boy recliner in a beautiful paisley fabric. Jennifer was very nice and did not pressure or bother me when I was browsing through the store. She answered my questions and was very helpful. I wanted to find out if I could special order pillows in the same fabric as the chair, and she quickly found out that it could be done. She kept in touch with me throughout the process. Now I have beautiful new pillows on my loveseats that match the fabric on my recliner, and everything is beautifully coordinated in my living room.
