I didn't want to give one star! I gave them several opportunities to detail my car the right way. Each time, I was disappointed. I specifically asked that they vacuum my trunk. When they were done, I checked and it hadn't been vacuumed. I brought it to the guys attention and he said it didn't need it. I had pet hair from a old sheet that I used to cover the back seat all over the trunk! They didn't even wipe out the cup holders or dash. I also pointed out that they missed the lip on the trunk where the release button is and he handed me the towel! I will never go back.

Great but some soap dried
Bought a full wash. Took 1 hour and 25 minutes. The young boy cleaning the car kept having to stop and hand dry the vehicles coming through the exterior side. No one works together. One person on each car except the young boy has to hand dry those only getting exterior wash. There is so much not done on my car. Dash not clean, inside glass is dirty, inside passenger window not clean, paid extra for armour all and did not get it either. Paid almost $40. What a rip off!
I've been going there for years. The employees are very nice and hard working and they do a good job as well.
