As a HUGE Enterprise Rental fan, I feel confident that this office is NOT representative of Enterprise Rental. Nothing but problems from the get-go.
I have rented cars for years from various companies, but by far the people at Enterprise in Thomasville Georgia are the most friendly, helpful and professional that I have ever encountered. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need to rent a car and you are in the area....go see them.

Vol was a great help to me. it was my first time renting a car and she made it painless. she was polite and helpful for me. when I returned my car after the week my grandson had left his tablet in the car and she immediately notified the person who had rented the car and she saved the day by getting his tablet back. I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend them and if I need them again I will not hesitate to use them. thanks guys! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
